Big Brothers Big Sisters

Through the renovation and expansion of their facility, this project equips Big Brothers Big Sisters with the space to advance the organization’s mission of empowering children to reach their full potential and build brighter futures through youth mentoring.

The fully renovated exterior establishes an inviting presence in the community, while the interior is designed to support both staff and mentees. The addition features a welcoming reception area and display gallery that highlights program successes and honors donors who make the work possible. Other key spaces include a flexible conference and training room for educational opportunities, a dedicated workroom and study space for mentees, and 13 offices to accommodate staff. A comfortable breakroom and new restrooms round out the program, ensuring functionality and care for those who use the space.

Together, these updates create a professional and inspiring environment that reflects Big Brothers Big Sisters’ commitment to our community.
