LEO Events

Tinker Ma partnered closely with LEO Events to transform an open event hall into a dynamic and functional workspace tailored to the client’s needs. The renovation included the strategic build-out of private offices, open workstations, a dedicated meeting room, and flexible collaboration areas, creating a seamless blend of productivity and creativity. A spacious, centrally located kitchen was designed to serve as a hub for internal events and social gatherings.

Natural light floods into the individual office spaces through newly installed windows, fostering a bright and welcoming atmosphere. To preserve the building’s historic charm and industrial character, original architectural elements—including exposed brick walls, heavy timber beams, and structural columns—were thoughtfully retained and integrated into the design. The completed space offers a distinctive workplace experience.
