Transport Enterprise Leasing

Tinker Ma completed the design for the interior build-out and renovation of the Transport Enterprise Leasing office. Directed by the client’s vision to not just update but elevate their environment, the design focused on openness, transparency, and employee well-being.
The removal of centrally located enclosed rooms opened the floor plan, significantly improving natural light distribution and visual connectivity. In their place, glass storefront systems and lighter finishes were introduced, giving the space a modern, airy feel while enhancing flexibility for future staff expansion.
A new breakroom, thoughtfully positioned to maximize daylight through expansive storefront windows, now offers employees a welcoming and restful retreat during the workday. In addition, new conference rooms and collaboration zones were strategically added to support teamwork, communication, and productivity. The result is a revitalized workspace that aligns with the client’s goals, supporting growth, fostering community, and promoting a contemporary office experience.
